Regulatory Compliance Manager

Nayax is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join the Hardware group. The Compliance Manager is key in driving the company’s products through their formal Regulatory certifications. This involves working with Tier-1 customers and Global Partners to solve their regulation challenges and drive the business.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Have Full responsibility to certify Nayax products throughout the world (Safety, EMC, Cellular, Hazard Materials, TQM etc') – From content definition to final reports.
- Determine the relevant compliance standards and regulatory requirements for Nayax products.
- Work with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure the designs meet all compliance requirements.
- Hands-on execution of pre-testing using relevant test equipment and Lab VIEW automation.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage testing at third-party labs according to known industry standards and country-specific requirements.
- Support external certifications efforts involving Nayax products including debug and failure analysis efforts.
- Keep abreast of future changes to compliance/regulatory requirements and adjust the certification plan accordingly.
- Partner with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to influence policies and requirements to support our product roadmap.
Requirements:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Bachelor of Science degree in related engineering or technical discipline
- 5+ years professional experience in a Regulatory Compliance role
- Good understanding of US, EU and other international compliance regulations (Safety, EMC, Cellular, Hazard materials etc')
- Hands-on experience for EMC, EMI and RF exposure testing
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 customers and Global partners while meeting aggressive timelines
- Excellent capability in leading technical projects from start to finish while working independently
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic/highly changing environment
- Experience working with high-power designs/systems
- Experience getting UL certifications
- Experience working with local authorities (JP, AU, UK etc’)
- Experience with Master Card TQM requirements
