As a Cognyter you will:
- Lead the IL export control team
- Develop, maintain, and update export compliance policies and procedures, including audits and training
- Provide global export regulatory guidance on controlled/uncontrolled products and technologies
- Support complex cross-functional initiatives and lead related projects
- Maintain the Company’s relations with the Israel Ministry of Defense
Requirements:
For that mission you'll need:
- At least an LL.B degree and a member of the Israeli bar
- At least 4 years experience (including post-internship experience in a leading law firm) in practicing law in the compliance domain
- Ability to lead a global compliance program, including process development, training, and audits.
- Experience and working knowledge in export control regulation (IL, EU, US) - an advantage
- Business-oriented with a good sense of risk management
- Independent learning skills and ability to gain expertise in new domains
- Hebrew and English speaker
