Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.
This position will take part in the development of fully coordinated Revit MEP models and SW fabrication packages to a high level of detail according to design guides, incorporating Veev innovative solutions, and validating them with analysis and calculations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be part of the project team responsible for the production and development of the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing models in Revit, to high level detail and precision, as a basis for the permit set, Shop-drawings package in Solidworks and construction sets of a project.
- Take part in collaboration and coordination of the MEP models and the design with our in-house Architectural and Structural teams in Israel and the US, including clash detection resolution and model health efforts.
- Communicate clearly project design requirements to the MEP project team, and report status of work progress to project management and other teams, attend project coordination meetings to evaluate specific project requirements.
- Work with our R&D team to validate and improve new analytical and automation tools as they are implemented into a project environment.
- Highlight gaps in design and work to support issues in a collaborative manner.
- Communicate with 3rd party designers (such as sprinklers, fire alarms) based on Veev design guides and lead detailed coordination and design and clash resolution.
- Support the US team on analysis and calculations.
- Support the US team on construction administration responsibilities including cutsheet and shop drawing review, construction meetings, responding to RFIs, and responding to field coordination questions.
- Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing Engineer.
- Minimum 4 years proven practical experience in design and coordination processes.
- Great teamwork capabilities and excellent people skills.
- Autodesk Revit modeling experience.
- Solid Works modeling experience.
- Excellent level of English, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with others in a highly collaborative, team environment.
- Ability to perform and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary design environment.
- Proven practical experience in construction or site management/supervision.
- Skilled in Navisworks and other coordination tools.
- Experience in the US market is desirable.
- Fabrication experience.
- Team Leadership experience.
