We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator/Office Manager to join our busy Israel based team. In this exciting new role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, assisting with a wide range of duties, including general HR admin, office & facilities management & overall organisation of the office.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and support the growth and development of our employees whilst accelerating your own career in a fast paced, cutting edge, technology organisation.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator/Office Manager to join our busy Israel based team. Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Manage office space, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and handle facility-related issues. Our offices are managed by Rooms and so aspects of the facilities management is handled by them.

Organize and maintain company records, documentation, and correspondence.
-
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.

Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.

Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Human Resources:
-
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance, training, and compliance documentation.
-
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and handle HR-related inquiries.
-
Facilitate employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
-
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.- possibly cancel

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures as needed.

Conduct regular audits of HR and office processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Organize and facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.

Provide administrative support to executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Assist in managing budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation for the office.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager/Assistant/Admin, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.

Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Fluent in English as you will need to communicate daily with our UK & US based teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced or growing company environment.

Familiarity with payroll systems and Hi Bob
Work Environment:

This role will be based in our Tel-Aviv office and we are open to part or full time hours. You will be required to be in the office on most of your working days due to the nature of the role.
