We are looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that solve real user problems. As a Product Designer you'll be reported to Design Studio Team Lead.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating intuitive and beautiful user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that solve real user problems. As a Product Designer you'll be reported to Design Studio Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate product requirements into user-friendly solutions.
- Maintain and improve the design system and ensure consistency across products.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features.
- Conduct user testing and collect feedback to improve design solutions.
- Analyze and identify usability issues and create user flows that enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay updated on UX best practices and incorporate them into your designs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in product design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and demonstrating expertise in UI and UX design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Ability to understand user needs and incorporate them into the design process.
- Strong ability to solve complex design problems through iterative testing and refinement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.
- High level of English - written and verbal.
Nice to have:
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
- Illustration skills to create custom graphics, icons, or animations that align with product aesthetics.
- Proficiency with illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with design handoff processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
