We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PM) for Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) So C product in the Server domain.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills to successfully manage semiconductor products in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy, enhancing market presence, and contributing to the company's growth in the competitive semiconductor industry.


Outbound Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:

• Be the main focal point for any customer engagement. Maintain existing business and seek for new opportunities, products and markets.
• Act as the primary interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct customer visits and participate in technical discussions to gather feedback and requirements to be part of our solutions
• Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations

Industry Engagement:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
• Build relationships with key partners and suppliers in the semiconductor ecosystem

Inbound Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and maintain IC product roadmaps aligned with market trends and company goals
• Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with the customers and the engineering teams

Product Development:

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand and business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery working closely with Engineering Program Manager
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives
• Manage product budgets, including costs and pricing strategies

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management or related roles
• Proven track record in managing complex semiconductor products and driving business growth
• Deep understanding of So C development processes and workflows and ecosystems.
• Familiarity embedded firmware, drivers, RTOS, and Linux
• Experience with security-related technologies (e.g., Secured Boot, ROT, DICE) and Provisioning processes (preferred)
• Knowledge of personal computer architecture (preferred)
• Knowledge of Sever and Cloud architectures (preferred)
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
