JOB PURPOSE
To ensure that projects are completed within the determined time frame, the constraints of production and external suppliers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
" Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects (both external activities and internal activities).
" Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
" Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
" Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
" Provide regular project updates to project leaders, and maintain contact with staff to monitor job progress.
" Coordinate all print graphics of the project with external suppliers.
" Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management
