• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, permissions, security, data integrity, and system configurations.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other development tools to meet business needs.
• Create and manage workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
• Perform data imports, updates, and backups. Ensure data cleanliness and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce.
• Work with third-party applications and APIs to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structure, security, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
• Proficiency in developing custom workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the tech or financial services industry.
