Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that we have all the data necessary to build our supply chain planning AI. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration in our Israel office.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: 29,000.00₪ - 44,000.00₪ per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support supply chain planning AI.
- Manage and process large volumes of data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
- Implement and optimize data storage solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and architectures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
- Proficiency in Typescript / Python and its data-related libraries (e.g., Pandas, Num Py, etc.).
- Strong experience with databases (SQL and No SQL).
- Proven experience in managing and processing large datasets.
- Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Knowledge of supply chain management and related data needs.
- Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks.
