Neema's Global Payments Network is an API-based solution designed to streamline real-time, high-volume cross-border money transfers, addressing the limitations of traditional methods.
As a Solution Engineer, you will:
- Own the technical integration post sale, oversee it until account activation is successfully achieved.
- Work closely with clients’ R&D teams and oversee the technical integration process that plays a vital role in the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with our awesome Product and R&D teams to shape product development, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its challenges.
- Innovate. Always think about how we can do things better. Bringing new ideas and making them happen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in solution engineering or similar roles in Global B2B companies.
- Experience in payments companies or API Based products is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product solutions and detailed implementation plans
- Passionate about customer satisfaction, details and quality-oriented. Able to provide support during critical times.
- Proficiency in English is required
- A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context.
- Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs.
