A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MKS Instruments, you will be a trusted partner for Hiring Managers from different MKS sites in Israel supporting the business growth. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEIA.

In this role you will Make an Impact By:
- Define best-practice recruitment processes for local markets
- Source active and passive candidates through digital campaigns, social media and other innovative channels
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process as part of a high-growth international business
- Create transparency through data to become a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR
- Position MKS Instruments in the candidate market
- Organize different career events.
Skills You Bring:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition across all levels of the organization, ideally in an international setting
- Ability to build and manage candidate pools, engage and guide stakeholders and continuously improve the way you work
- Knowledge of working with KPIs such as time to hire, quality of hire, etc. would be beneficial
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, ADP or similar) would be great!
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
