About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and committed student to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, manage a strong pipeline of talent, and support various hiring needs across GTM, technology roles, and more, both in Israel and globally.

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed student to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, manage a strong pipeline of talent, and support various hiring needs across GTM, technology roles, and more, both in Israel and globally.
- This position requires working 50% part-time, with mandatory in-office days on Monday and Wednesday.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing candidates (both passive & active job seekers), reviewing resumes, and screening candidates through phone interviews.
- Develop new sourcing strategies and promote internal and external recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent.
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of talent while ensuring a meaningful candidate experience.
- Conduct HR interviews – over the phone and in-person – and provide feedback on the cultural and personal fit for the company, team, and position.
- Work closely with hiring managers, becoming their trusted recruitment partner, and provide advice and guidance on all aspects of Talent Acquisition to help build remarkable teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field - Must.
- One year remaining with studies - Must.
- Experience in recruiting in startup/hi-tech companies - Must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - Must.
- Ability to work with AI-based tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, with a positive and can-do approach.
- A responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Availability to work in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays - Must.
- Availability to work 50% part-time is essential.
