We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will manage the onboarding and customer satisfaction of our strategic projects and will lead the onboarding process with new clients. As a TAM you will work closely with cross-discipline teams – CS, Sales, Product, Support, and Data to ensure quick and efficient onboarding to the Cymbio platform and the Account Management post-on-boarding.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic clients.
- Oversee the technical aspects of client projects, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage client expectations and address technical inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base resources both for clients and for internal use.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with assigned Technical Project Partners, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in tech project management in Saa S global companies
- Per-Sales/Tech Product Experience - Advantage
- Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - Advantage
- Strong technical background and understanding of project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal (native speaker level)
- Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
- A team player with a can-do attitude
