Role Overview: As a Technical (Backend) Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented backend engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of the platform's backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, frontend engineering, and data science, to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of backend systems and services.
- Lead the development and integration of user management systems, including complex authorization mechanisms and payment processing workflows.
- Implement best practices in system security to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, with a background in both large tech companies and startups being highly preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in backend development, particularly with AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with user management systems, including authorization and payment processing.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in system security.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of engineers.
