Technical Support Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.Responsibilities
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

Providing product support to our customers and customer success teams.
Helping with POC stages, helping with onboarding issues and helping with post-sales implementation. - Gaining product expertise by creating demos for new product features.
- Monitoring the company support Saa S environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Track computer system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers)
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Maven, and Gradle environments.
- Ability to write code in C #, Java-must
- Understanding the concepts of REST API, microservices, and their ecosystem: API-Gateway, Oauth, and TLS Protocols
- Understanding the concepts of containers Docker and Container Orchestration
- Familiar with Saa S and Cloud environments
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with NOC-advantage.
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field- advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages, such as Spanish, is an advantage
