As an Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations that keep these experiences running smoothly. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with our colleague who manages the German side of the business. Key Responsibilities:

As an Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations that keep these experiences running smoothly. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with our colleague who manages the German side of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage incoming invoices, perform checks, ensure approval and timely payments, and maintain thorough payment records.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and managing payroll accounting.
- Supplier Management: Review and process supplier invoices, make final payments, and manage any urgent event-related payments.
- Project Financial Management: Track project expenses, review additional quotes and services, and manage payment terms and cancellations.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, collaborate with other teams on financial reporting, and support tax filings.
- Risk & Communication Management: Help manage financial risks, and maintain regular communication with the team managing the German part of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing accounts, payroll, and project-based financials.
- Familiarity with Italian accounting laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MOCO or similar financial management software.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with team members in Italy and Germany.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Location: Based in Torino with in-office work twice a week; remote work for the other days.
