Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Account Receivables: Manage intercompany invoicing and ensure timely processing and reconciliation of receivables.
- Account Payables: Handle intercompany invoicing, ensuring accuracy and prompt payment of invoices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct physical counts of inventory both onboard the train and at the depot, including beverage, retail, operating, and guest supplies.
- BS Review Support: Assist in the preparation and review of balance sheets, providing crucial support to ensure accuracy.
- Onboard Consumables Reporting: Maintain detailed reporting on consumables used onboard to ensure efficient tracking and restocking.
- Data Entry Support: Provide accurate and timely data entry support across all accounting and operational levels.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in an accounting role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service sector, is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Work Day, SAP, Quick Books, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, invoicing, and data entry processes.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory counts, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including operations, inventory management, and senior leadership.
- European or Swiss Passport a must
