Job Description
What You will be Doing:
Drafting of reports, market analysis of real estate/property complexes and agency opinion.
Conduct data collection related to the Italian and international economy, as well as socio-demographic analyses.
Support in the identification of new insights and area for investigation to propose analysis to Clients or prospects.
Work collaboratively within a team, coordinating with other divisions of the Colliers Group.

Qualifications
What You Bring:
Degree in Economics (preference) or Engineering/Architecture, a Master in Real Estate is a plus;
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point;
3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in advisory/consultancy roles, clerical level;
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving;
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
