Advisory Vice President Italy

The Macquarie Capital Advisory team provides advisory and financing services focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt advisory to a global client base. We are looking for a Vice President to strengthen our presence in Italy.

What role will you play?
You will work with the senior team to source and execute mandates across a variety of sectors, assisting them in all aspects of the transactions. You will support the identification of opportunities, prepare pitch books for marketing and documents for execution purposes, and you will oversee the financial and valuation analysis. You will also have the opportunity to play a prominent role in client meetings and industry conferences.
What you offer
- 6+ years' of investment banking experience (either from an Investment Bank, Advisory practice or top-4 accounting practice)
- Skilled in financial modelling, with the ability to train others and review others’ work
- Thorough grasp of financial concepts and valuation
- An excellent academic record
- You will be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluent in Italian
- Ideally you have spent part of your career in Italy and have a network of peers in the country.
