YOOX are now seeking a talented Back Office Planner Marketplace to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Italy, Office in Milan

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

Manage messages with CCare before escalating to Key Account Managers for final decision or to contact the seller if needed
Identify and notify to the correct team orders that are stuck in debit in progress/missing the tracking number

Publish products on sale in the proper sales line due to legal constraints

List generation
Publication in “saldi” and promo sale line

The type of person we are looking for:

Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel is mandatory)
Problem solving and proactive attitude;
Very strong relationship and communications skills;
Attention to the details, hard worker and passionate about his/her job;
Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
Perfect fluency in English is mandatory
