YOOX are now seeking a talented Back Office Planner Marketplace to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Italy, Office in Milan
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Manage messages with CCare before escalating to Key Account Managers for final decision or to contact the seller if needed
- Identify and notify to the correct team orders that are stuck in debit in progress/missing the tracking number
- Publish products on sale in the proper sales line due to legal constraints
- List generation
- Publication in “saldi” and promo sale line
The type of person we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel is mandatory)
- Problem solving and proactive attitude;
- Very strong relationship and communications skills;
- Attention to the details, hard worker and passionate about his/her job;
- Good time management of projects and tasks, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
- Perfect fluency in English is mandatory
