About the Role:

We are looking for a brilliant Quality Specialist (maternity cover contract) with a marked out-of-the-box mindset to join us in our Alba plant.
By covering this role, you will support the Food Safety and Quality team for the implementation of the “Food Safety Zero Risk” program. The objective is to achieve agreed commitments and ensure full reporting on program progress at the various levels of governance.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Quality Specialist, you will work with the Quality team through the “Food Safety Zero Risk” program flow. You will contribute to organizational projects and governance meetings, such as task force meetings and workshops, gaining experience in technical issues and supporting the operational implementation of food safety topics.
In your role, you will collaborate to ensure consistent reporting on program progress across various governance levels, support local implementation of Group level decisions regarding "Food Safety Zero Risk", and increase internal visibility and awareness of the program.

Who We are Looking for:

You will bring your Scientific Degree background (e.g. Natural Sciences, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related fields), your interest for Quality and your willingness to learn.
Your proactivity, good interpersonal attitude, organizational skills and an analytical mindset will be highly effective in this role, in addition to your fluency both in English and Italian languages.
