- Accountable for the business model EPC and responsible for all Contractor/Project business regarding revenue, strategy & transfer of the strategy within his customers
- Responsible for opportunities funnel, pipeline, hit rate ratio, profitability and revenue on customer level
- Realizes and monitors annual sales and margin objectives and increases sales in the EPCCreates a "Value Selling" approach
- Implements GPB agreed tools (Prep-tool, etc.) and processes (Trophy projects, authorization matrix, etc.)
- Optimizes the communication and the workflow with the PMO Europe
- Supports and cooperates in the reorganization (centralization) between sub region Sales and the PMO Europe
- Catalyzes specification, vendor listing and other activities to expand market share in his customers
- Creates and maintain relations at all levels and departments of customer’s organization, from spec-in (feed) engineering dept. purchasing, project management to administration
- Technical degree and English fluent
- High written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively transfer and interpret written and oral requests and requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building resilient working relationships across the WIKA world
- Skilled in time management, showing ability to manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously
- Confident and able to make decisions which influence and improve customer
