TXT E-Tech S.r.l., part of the TXT Group, is an international company operating in Aerospace & Defence, Industrial & Automotive, Fintech, and the Public Sector, and is seeking an Avionics Systems Requirements Engineer.

Responsibilities:
Lead the definition of design and functional requirements for new avionics systems and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and production, to ensure that requirements align with project goals and industry standards.
Analyze and translate technical needs into clear and concise design specifications.
Support the development and integration of avionics systems throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Technical Requirements:
Knowledge of systems engineering.
Experience using the DOORS tool for requirements management.
Knowledge of avionics standards (e.g., DO-178).

Required Education:
Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role.
