- Completing annual registrations for existing and new clients
- Scheduling and planning
- Managing and providing excellent service to assigned key accounts
- Working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that monthly budget is reached
- Maintaining and updating databases
- Chasing and persuading existing, potential, and lost clients to partner with NSF
- Representing NSF at key client meetings and events
- Compiling quotes, travel estimates, invoices, and completing month-end accruals
- Working closely with key accounts, clients, and auditors to ensure that all audits are scheduled efficiently and effectively, meaning that travel and auditor fatigue are minimized.
