Marioff Italy has an opening for Service & Aftermarket Coordinator as part of the company’s Service & Aftermarket team. The position is a key role in building & maintaining customer relationships and supporting all service operations.
The role and responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned personnel, preparing their work plans
• Planning both ordinary/extraordinary maintenance activities and testing (in Italy and abroad)
• Organizing and checking all the operational activities of the “service engineers”, organizing them weekly and monthly (time management / material management / logistics).
• Providing analysis and forecasts on turnover/costs
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring that customer requirements and organizational service targets are met

Requirements:

• Fluent Italian and English language knowledge, both spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in reading/analysis of technical drawings
• Wide availability of travel and transfers (30% as minimum)

Not necessary, but it would be an advantage if you have:

• Technical education (Mechanical, Electrical or other relevant field)
• Auto CAD software knowledge
• Working experience from a relevant field/position
