Marioff Italy has an opening for Service & Aftermarket Coordinator as part of the company’s Service & Aftermarket team. The position is a key role in building & maintaining customer relationships and supporting all service operations.

Marioff Italy has an opening for Service & Aftermarket Coordinator as part of the company’s Service & Aftermarket team. The position is a key role in building & maintaining customer relationships and supporting all service operations.
The role and responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned personnel, preparing their work plans
- Planning both ordinary/extraordinary maintenance activities and testing (in Italy and abroad)
- Organizing and checking all the operational activities of the “service engineers”, organizing them weekly and monthly (time management / material management / logistics).
- Providing analysis and forecasts on turnover/costs
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring that customer requirements and organizational service targets are met
- Fluent Italian and English language knowledge, both spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in reading/analysis of technical drawings
- Wide availability of travel and transfers (30% as minimum)
- Technical education (Mechanical, Electrical or other relevant field)
- Auto CAD software knowledge
- Working experience from a relevant field/position
- Problem solver attitude and being able to make decisions quickly
- Ability to work smoothly in a mutable planning and ability to work in crisis situations
- People management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
