Medicasa Italia S.p.A., established in 1993, is the Group Company specialised in the design and delivery of Home Assistance Services - ADI. Thanks to its widespread network it is active throughout Italy through 15 Operations Centres and over 1,500 collaborators. La persona selezionata verrà inserita all'interno della Direzione Sanitaria di Medicasa Italia S.p.A. e dovrà interfacciarsi con tutti i Coordinatori Sanitari (infermieri e fisioterapisti) delle diverse Centrali Operative presenti su tutto il territorio italiano.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ’ :

• Coordinamento referenti sanitari locali
  
• Supervisione appropriatezza clinica attività sanitarie locali
  
• Monitoraggio KPI sanitari
  
• Revisione e redazione procedure attività sanitarie
  
• Gestione formazione per professionisti sanitari

• Lingua inglese fluente

• Conoscenza normative su accreditamento ADI

ESPERIENZA: in ambito organizzativo sanitario in assistenza domiciliare almeno 3 anni sarà elemento preferenziale
