Principali compiti e responsabilità:
- Supporto nella gestione dei reclami cliente e utilizzo del sistema gestionale
- Monitoraggio e archiviazione casi cliente
- Gestione progetti speciali
- Analisi e monitoraggio dei programmi di qualità per la soddisfazione del cliente nella vendita e post-vendita
Formazione:
- Ingegneria, Economia
Competenze tecniche specifiche:
- Buona conoscenza del PC (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ottime capacità analitiche
- Inglese Fluente
