Job Description:
- Respond to and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide users with installation and troubleshooting of applications and peripherals.
- Maintain compliance with IT processes, procedures, and SLAs.
- Document technical issues, escalate unresolved cases, and follow up to ensure functionality.
- Occasionally travel to other customer sites within Italy.
- 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Bit Locker, and ITIL processes.
- Service Now experience and VIP support background are a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to €28,000.00 per year
