We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join the Olympics Team at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, Italy.

The Service Delivery Lead is a critical role to support Mi Co in the operation of the Technology Service Desk and Technology Operations Centre

Your Role

The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:

Assume service delivery responsibilities for all operational Technology Services
Oversee use of all ITIL processes and ensure collaboration and coordination with the OCOG and Service Providers in their operation, including:

o Coordinating incident management in collaboration with service providers and the OCOG

o Ensuring the Major Incident Manager role is covered during all Operational Periods

o Establishing and administering the change management process specific to OCOG Technology service management, including operation of the Change Management Board

Ensure preparation and provision of Service Management reports to the OCOG and Service Providers as necessary to show performance of services and ensure a process of continuous improvement
Design and manage the Central Service Desk in relation to all Technology Services using Global Service Delivery Leader to escalate Level 2/3 support needs
Oversee the operation of Venue Service Desks implemented by the OCOG
Operate the Configuration Management Process in collaboration with the OCOG and Service Providers
Manage and maintain the Technology Resource Plan across all operational periods
Defining the requirements and coordinating the design and implementation of the Technology Operations Centre (TOC) and Alternate TOC (ATOC) in collaboration with Mi Co and establishing operational alignment with the remote operational facilities.

Winning Requirements

At least 5 years relevant experience in in the design and operation of a Technology Service Desk and Operations Centre
Proficient in ITIL processes, in particular Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Configuration Management
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support the design of the best support organisation
Strong English language proficiency (both verbal and written).
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Milan (Mi Co 2026) Headquarters with clients and team members
