We are hiring a Fullstack Developer for European Commission in Ispra, Italy and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities

• Minimum of 4 years of technical expertise in the design and development of multi-tier Java-based web applications.
• In addition to the knowledge and skills implied by the profile, he/she will have an in-depth working knowledge of designing, planning and implementing integration strategies and patterns in a JEE/HTTP secured ecosystem.
• Excellent knowledge of HTTP and API design, Excellent knowledge of JEE and REST or SOAP APIs.
• The candidate will need to have working experience in JEE and micro-service architectures.
• Working experience on data modelling and physical database design will be an advantage.
• The service will be provided onsite at the premises of the JRC - Ispra with the possibility to telework up to 60% of the weekly working time.
• Certifications obtained relevant to the position can be considered as a preferential factor and can be taken into account in the calculation of the scorecard.
