Opportunity:
We are looking for talents passionate about technology and innovation who want to join JAKALA's Center of Excellence specialized in Generative AI topics!
For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager who will play a pivotal role in interesting and ambitious projects focused on the development of JAKALA’s Generative AI Practice, nationally and worldwide.


Here is a sample of your main activities:

• working on commercial and delivery tasks: managing client’s representatives and project activities in a complex and high-level environment;
• understanding and assessing Clients’ needs: mapping and redesign processes, defining functionalities, supporting the designing and implementation of AI solutions, helping them to shift from a traditional data-driven to generative AI approach;
• integrating solutions with other JAKALA teams (e.g. Innovation, Digital, Engagement);
• leading a team of Junior Consultants in the interaction with colleagues from various markets/industries and other business lines to identify and pursue commercial opportunities,
• scaling projects cross-industry and multi-country.

You’re the perfect candidate if you have:

• Master’ Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Computer Science;
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Management Consulting
• Previously participated on Requirements and Functional Analysis, Process and Organization Redesigning, Enterprise Architectural Design, Project Management, Customer and Operations Excellence and/or Risk & Controls;
• Technological skills/knowledge in the following fields: Database Management (eg. SQL), Business Intelligence (eg. Power BI), Web Technologies (eg. API integration), Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning (eg. Python);
• Fluency in English (C1 level);
• Strong quantitative, qualitative analysis and problem solving skills,
• Autonomy in dealing and managing internal and external stakeholders.
