For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in interesting and ambitious projects focused on the development of JAKALA’s Generative AI Practice, nationally and worldwide.

We are looking for talents passionate about technology and innovation who want to join JAKALA's Center of Excellence specialized in Generative AI topics!
For our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in interesting and ambitious projects focused on the development of JAKALA’s Generative AI Practice, nationally and worldwide.
Here is a sample of your main activities:
- Contributing to the project delivery and supporting your Manager in the business development: managing customer representatives and project activities in a complex, high-level environment;
- Understanding and Reporting on Clients’ needs: assisting in the process mapping and redesign, supporting the design and implementation of AI solutions by helping the Client to move from a traditional data-driven approach to generative AI approach;
- Helping to integrate solutions with other JAKALA teams (e.g. Innovation, Digital, Engagement),
- interacting with colleagues from various markets/industries and other business lines to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
You’re the perfect candidate if you have:
- Master’ Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Computer Science;
- Technological skills/knowledge in some of the following fields: Database Management (eg. SQL), Business Intelligence (eg. Power BI), Web Technologies (eg. API integration), Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning (eg. Python);
- Fluency in English (C1 level);
- Strong quantitative, qualitative analysis and problem solving skills,
- Autonomy in dealing and managing internal and external stakeholders.
Additional qualities we are looking for:
- Proficient interpersonal skills;
- High result orientation;
- Problem solving,
- Previous working experience (e.g. internship) in a Consulting Firm.
