In order to strengthen our Finance team, we are looking to hire a Business Controller, based in Maranello (Italy). The business perimeter is Sales & Technical Assistance Service, in particular Parts & Accessories and Classiche.
In this position, you will be responsible of the following activities:
Required Profile
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in economics field and you will have gained at least 2 years dedicated experience in Auditing or in Business Controlling.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
Fluent English is required.

In this position, you will be responsible of the following activities:
- Pricing: definition of pricing policies, analysis of the competition and definition of strategies to optimize margins
- Support month end closing activities, working closely with the Accounting and Business teams to ensure accurate and timely month close
- Monthly P&L and CAPEX reporting (Gross Margins, Opex, Capex) to monitor performance
- Manage and lead process for budget, forecast, monthly review and mid-terms plan in collaboration with the business and finance functions
- Internal control: definition and implementation of internal control procedures, in order to ensure the accuracy of data and compliance with current SOX regulations
