You will be responsible as Head of for the commercialization of Steel Foundation Solutions and associated products in your geographical area by combining commercial skills customer relationship and technical knowledge. Your primary responsibility will be the business development and project development on the Italian market.
As such your main tasks will be:

With support of the segment and local team, develop Italian market and create opportunities
Leadership, supervision and motivation of a small local team
Ensuring regular contacts and visits with/to end-users/authorities, engineering companies and contractors, to be aware/updated of current and future projects and ensure that Arcelor Mittal Foundation Solutions are the preferred option for stake holder
Strongly maintain actual/current network and develop new contacts
Providing detailed market analysis, monitoring competition and regular reporting to management
Close follow-up and regular report on market tendencies
Supervise commercial offers and negotiate end sales
Supervise after sales support and handling techno commercial claims in close relation with the segment and mills.

Your profile:

University degree in science preferably civil engineering with geotechnical background
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role (commercial and contractual)
Experience in project oriented and/or multinational environment
Leadership experience
Self-driven, results oriented and dynamic
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Strong analytical skills and market follow-up
Native in Italian and fluent in English language.

Regular travel frequency within Italy (20-40%), job location : Milan
