What you'll be doing
You will support the HR Country Manager Italy by providing expert advice on HR policies, managing complex employee relations cases, and ensuring fair application of standards. Key duties include advising on recruitment, delivering people management training, analysing metrics, and supporting pay reviews and union consultations. Your role ensures effective HR processes aligned with business goals.

What you'll bring to the team
You will bring expertise in managing complex employee relations, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. With a methodical approach, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Word and Excel, you ensure effective problem-solving and innovation. Fluency in English and resilience under pressure further strengthen your ability to excel in this role.
