Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for intelligent warehouse system projects, including project research, business blueprint design, functional requirement documentation, system configuration, data preparation, user training, and go-live support, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
· Effectively communicate with clients during project implementation to ensure smooth project progression.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the effective advancement of project delivery.
· Summarize project experiences, create internal training materials, and industry case studies, and actively participate in team training or development knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the company's implementation methodology.
· Provide regular project progress summaries and reports.
· Continuously learn new technologies, methods, and tools, and apply and share them in daily work.
Job Requirements:
· Proficient in WMS system functionality and implementation methodologies, with experience in at least one mainstream WMS product in implementation, configuration, and consulting.
· Deep knowledge of one or more industries in the logistics supply chain (e-commerce, retail, apparel, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, 3PL, etc.), and ability to summarize industry experience.
· Strong problem analysis and summarization skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of guiding and persuading clients and internal teams effectively.
· Able to handle frequent travel and manage multiple overlapping projects.
· Proficient in SQL Server, Oracle, and My SQL databases.
· Strong independent working ability, positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Excellent independent thinking, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin will be a plus.
