Salesforce CRM Developer - Technical Implementation Specialist

Summary:
The Salesforce CRM Developer plays a vital role at Cavotec.
He/she will help us continually improving and enhancing our CRM platform (Sales Force), gathering requirements and feedbacks and designing best practice solutions.
The Role:
Daily CRM administration
- Focusing on the technical aspects of Salesforce CRM implementation and customization
- being responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of the CRM system's underlying infrastructure and functionality.
- architecting and implementing custom solutions using Salesforce development tools such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- integrating Salesforce CRM with other systems and applications.
- configuring and managing data models, security settings, and access controls within Salesforce CRM.
- writing code to automate business processes, data manipulation, and complex calculations within Salesforce CRM.
- troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the CRM system.
- Provide expert support to key stakeholders;
- Ensure a trouble-free communication between CRM other IT systems, especially ERP and Document management systems;
- Support business in building and maintaining datas in the CRM;
Requirements:
- SOQL skills and APEX strong knowledge;
- Strong understanding of CRM data model, knowledge of Salesforce and its configuration;
- University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or similar;
- 3/5 years of professional experience in similar roles (experience in international B2B company will be a plus);
- Able to work on multiple priorities with good analytical skills;
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions
- Team player and excellent communication skills
