Internship - Graphic Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support partners and directors in operational tasks, create and support internally developed communication campaigns
- Participate in the creative process development, working closely with other departments (copywriting, social media marketing, production, and development);
- Be an active part of a dynamic and constantly evolving creative team;
- Create items for SPEA (Roll-Up, Billboards, Posters, etc.);
- Conduct research and studies, and create mood boards that lead to the development of creative concepts;
- Proficient use of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design);
- Be curious and updated on the world of design, latest trends, and graphic styles;
- Handle the entire creative process: from brainstorming to final production; Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines;
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and In Design;
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- High adaptability and ability to develop stylistically diverse graphic assets;
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to handle work emergencies with determination and focus;
- Ability to communicate from the briefing phase to the project presentation;
- Teamwork-oriented with a collaborative and proactive approach;
- Goal-oriented;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
