Position Overview:
We are searching for a self-starter who is enthusiastic about startups and eager to dive into the world of project management. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate from any degree program who is ready to roll up their sleeves and gain hands-on experience in managing digital projects. You’ll be working in a dynamic international environment where your ideas matter and your contributions can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate on the creation of project plans, schedules, and resource management, tailored to the needs of startup clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare insightful reports for both internal teams and clients.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
- Task Coordination: Help coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, capturing key points and driving action items forward.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to ensuring that all project deliverables meet the high standards that ANqa.it is known for.
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (any field).
- English: Proficiency is essential.
- Italian: Proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) or similar tools.
- A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Passionate about startups and eager to work in a non-corporate, creative environment.
- Highly adaptable and open to learning new skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Real-world experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects.
- Exposure to the vibrant startup culture within an innovative digital agency.
