IT Delivery Management:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Delivery Management to join our IT team.
The candidate will be integrated into the IT Insurance team with a specific responsibility for the claims management area in the Mediterranean Region (Italy, Portugal and Spain).
This area is undergoing significant transformation, involving both local and international projects aimed at modernizing existing platforms and converging solutions used across the group’s countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate software development activities, including both project-based and application maintenance tasks.
Coordinate a development team composed of internal resources and/or external system integrators to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
Act as the primary IT contact in the context of an international project aimed at adopting a common insurance platform across the group.
Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines, collaborating with international stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development and project management.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Experience with insurance software solutions and claims management systems is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
