Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Technician role located in Milan. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and conducting computer repairs to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Ability to conduct Computer Repairs
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Comp TIA A+)
• Experience with IT asset management is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

C1 Italian Language Mandatory.
Regular Italian contract would be provided no B2B or freelance contract.
