Job Description
This role is an opportunity to join and be part of our Operations team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role holder will be reporting to the Head of Operations.
You will develop business knowledge while providing operational and administrative support to the Head of Operations, supporting the design of several internal processes, learning every day something new!
Key responsibilities:
- Support the roll out of the local and global platforms
- Support to develop, improve and optimise processes
- Reporting activities
- Data entry activities.
Publicis Groupe is looking for a Junior Business Analyst ( Extra Curricular Internship ) for its Milan office!
Qualifications
If you have:
- Recently graduated in Management Engineering or Business Economics
- A fluent Italian and English
- Excellent knowledge of Office Package (excel, power point, word)
- Interested in managing business processes and implementing platforms and policies
- Highly motivated
- Detail oriented
- Patient and organized
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Proactive, willing to join a international and challenging world
