You will work with close guidance and supervision of our Brand Director within the Digital Martech team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Copywriter to join our digital marketing team. This role involves creating compelling and engaging copy for our Meta and Tik Tok platforms, as well as creating copy for our institutional website, newsletter, and HR portal when needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a love for pasta, and a knack for creating unique interactions on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Social Media:
Write engaging and creative copy for our digital platforms (Meta, Tik Tok and Linkedin) platforms that resonates with our audience and be in charge of social media community management.

Multichannel:
Create content when needed for our institutional website, newsletters, and HR portal, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message.

Storytelling and Engagement

Develop captivating stories about our artisans, producers, menu and the Miscusi experience, showcasing the heart and soul behind our brand.

Industry Interaction: Stay on top of other food brand Instagram accounts, interacting with them on a daily basis to increase engagement on our digital platforms profile.

Collaboration and Innovation

Team Collaboration: Bring fresh ideas to all Marketing team meetings, contributing to content brainstorming sessions, as well as working closely with Martech team on content for all digital platforms.

Trend Spotting: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring our content is always current and engaging.

Brand Embodiment: Fully embody the Miscusi persona, creating content that reflects our values and passion for pasta.

Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in writing or content creation, preferably within the hospitality sector.

Skills:
Strong writing and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Meta and Tik Tok.

Curiosity and passion about AI, knowledge is preferred

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent communication skills.
