Junior Digital Delivery Specialist

Based in Milan, e Lab Technology is ASW Group digital hub. It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group. We are looking for a passionate Junior Digital Delivery Specialist to join the team in Milan.
He/she will help to keep up to speed the websites delivered all around Europe. The successful candidate will help to assure a quality service to final customers, supporting with prompt analysis of the issues to their resolution.

He/she will help to keep up to speed the websites delivered all around Europe. The successful candidate will help to assure a quality service to final customers, supporting with prompt analysis of the issues to their resolution.
A typical day in this role includes:
- Introduction to the system integration aspects where e Commerce is based on
- Developing “business users” ability on our current e Commerce platform
- Supporting senior colleagues, working on one (or a couple of) brand(s) of ours
- Preparing meeting notes and release notes, according to the process in place
- Keep track of the software lifecycle, helping senior colleagues to anticipate any issue or delays in the plans
- Analysis of the issues reported by the users and support to provide an outcome or resolution
- Documenting defects into company tracking system (Jira) providing input and assistance to development team to identify and resolve defects.
- You are motivated by solving riddles, finding new ways and explore possibilities
- You can easily move from big picture to detail when things don’t add up
- You are good at dealing with frequent change in direction and perspective
- You are used to buy online and understand what makes a good or bad website/App
- You understand how technology works, even if you are not a technical person
- You are interested in digital and the impact that it has on everybody’s life
- You have very good written and verbal communications skills
- You are proactive with a high attention to details
- You have a strong teamwork attitude.
What you’ll need:
What you’ll get from us:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or another related field
- Interest in the principles of e Commerce, mobile, multichannel and/or digital application systems
- Previous experience in retail or consulting company would be considered as a plus
- Fluent in Italian, English is a must.
