Junior Legal Privacy Internship

For this excited position, you will be support and improve to strengthen the Legal team. You will cooperate in the management of the dealing with reports of infringements of Ferrari Intellectual Property rights. In particularly, you will support the team in activities such as:

Management of pre-litigations / litigation matters re: Intellectual Property matters;
Management of the Ferrari trademarks and designs portfolio;
Preparing memoranda and opinions for the assistance of internal clients;
Elaborating standard agreements and archiving files;
Update and keep in order digital and paper records.

Required profile

You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Law or similar.
A master in Intellectual Property would be a plus. Education/work experiences abroad and in the IP sector would be highly appreciated.

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
Fluent English is required.
