Your tasks

Keeping contacts with costumers to catch their needs
Understanding how to solve the trouble by costumers site
Planning and budgeting activities for the new machine installation and for the maintenance/upgrade activities
Work together with sales and service colleagues for providing a complete service to the customer
Travelling to be on site by the costumer

Your profile

Degree in mechanical/electrical engineer
Knowledge of SAP, CRM, KSP, dispatching table, Sales Force
Management skills
Cost control skill
Problem-solving skills
Empathy, customer orientation, listening capabilities and a sense of responsibility
Teamworking, networking, communication
Availability to travel in the entire country, for approximately 150 days / year
