Your tasks
- Keeping contacts with costumers to catch their needs
- Understanding how to solve the trouble by costumers site
- Planning and budgeting activities for the new machine installation and for the maintenance/upgrade activities
- Work together with sales and service colleagues for providing a complete service to the customer
- Travelling to be on site by the costumer
Your profile
- Degree in mechanical/electrical engineer
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, KSP, dispatching table, Sales Force
- Management skills
- Cost control skill
- Problem-solving skills
- Empathy, customer orientation, listening capabilities and a sense of responsibility
- Teamworking, networking, communication
- Availability to travel in the entire country, for approximately 150 days / year

Krones has agreed an acknowledged pay scale with the Bavarian IG Metall trade union.
