POSITION OVERVIEW

THE POSITION

The Linen Porter will report directly to the Housekeeping manager of the property and will work in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with top talents in the hospitality industry and grow as a Housekeeping professional.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Satisfying guests and exceeding guest’s expectations
  • Support the housekeeping Team in cleaning guests’ rooms and public areas
  • Taking care of the minibar operations
  • Collecting and distributing guest laundry
  • Reporting missing or damaged items
  • Reporting lost and found items
  • Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in the same role
  • Fluent in verbal English would be a plus
  • Excellent team worker and oriented to details
