Certificate or Relevant experience in Learning as trainer, coach, teacher, etc
Evidence in public speaking skill based in previous work experience
This is a 9 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Key job responsibilities
Deliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard
Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates
Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience
Work with stakeholder across Italy and Europe to identify areas where further training and development is needed
Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites
Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams
Plan efficient training plans
Participate actively in workshops by bringing data and accurate analysis
Asses process compliance
Data driven approach when analyzing a scenario that can be optimized

Experience in a coaching, mentoring, or teaching role
Relevant experience of managing multiple, competing priorities concurrently
Degree
Relevant experience of using clear communication including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) in a professional environment
Advanced proficiency in the local language
