You will be involved in the following activities
- Observe and learn within the context of the Vaccines Business Unit through interaction with a cross-functional team and marketing team
- Help with daily administrative tasks within the Business Unit (e.g purchase orders, events invitation letters, materials requests...)
- SAP system use for the movements of marketing materials
- Involvement in frequent cross functional activities and updates
- Support the team with the elaboration of Excel files and Power Point presentations
- Gain insights on the very diversified activities that a marketing team faces day by day
- Develop project management skills by working closely with the PMO in developing and optimizing internal processes, best practices, and implementing improvement plans to achieve business objectives.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing or related fields
- Good English (minimum level: B2)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong motivation to learn the Sales & Marketing Specialist role.
