Model Based Design Engineer:
TXT e-Tech, a company within the TXT Group, is looking for a Model-Based Design Engineer to expand its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical and training support in the design and validation of Model-Based systems for embedded applications.

Main Responsibilities
Optimize models for use on low-resource systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical support to the project team, resolving technical issues related to the automotive environment.
Define and implement a structured training path for the internal team, introducing the Model-Based methodology and ensuring effective learning of technologies and tools.
Integrate Model-Based development processes within the company workflow, supporting a smooth and coordinated transition for projects.
Lead model validation and testing (MIL/SIL), ensuring compliance with the required quality standards for the sector.

Required Skills
Technical experience: At least 3 years of experience in model-based development, preferably in the automotive, railway, or similar sectors.
Software tools: Advanced proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, and the C programming language.
Coding and optimization: Experience with Matlab Coder, Simulink Coder, Embedded Coder, and Simulink Test, along with strong code optimization skills for embedded systems.
Technical leadership: Ability to lead model-based development (MBD) initiatives, working independently and interacting effectively with the team.
Problem-solving: Ability to solve complex technical problems specific to the automotive sector.
Communication skills: Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented approach.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
